Our Story
Years ago I had the oportunity to spend a summer home from work, with our youngest child. I had planned lots of fun things for us to do together, however my experience showed me, that time flies by and soon the time is gone, and you have a list of "things we were going to do". I decided to have "Terrific Tuesdays". One day each week we would do something very special, just the two of us, and make some happy memories all summer long. Some "Terrific Tuesdays" were just simple things, like packing a lunch and going on a picnic in the park. Other times, I surprised him with a super special event, like a private plane ride at the airport. It was our day. Just the two of us, having a special time. These special days, and events, filled our summer with special memories for a lifetime.
Now that we have grandchildren, I often think of ways to make a special memory, even if we can't be with them. Hoepfully, this site will give you some great ideas to make a memory for your grandchildren, too.

IT'S FLOWERS FROM GRANDMA!!!
Once when our grandaughter was about 4 yreas old, I sent her a flowers and balloons. She still remembers the delivery man getting out of the truck with flowers and pretty balloons, and yes, they were for her!! .
